Salesland's adaptation in times of pandemic

Post by muskanislam99 »

It has been a year since the beginning of the most difficult and unexpected situation we have ever had to live through. It has been 12 months of extreme complexity in which all facets of our lives have been severely affected: health, economy, work, relationships with family and friends, travel, leisure...

Despite the harshness of the pandemic, we have also witnessed generous displays of dedication and support to those who needed it most. We have all applauded the health professionals, who have shown us that, in times like this, we must give the best of ourselves above any ideological or political differences.

At Salesland, our professionals have also given their best to continue working despite the difficulties, which has led us to achieve new milestones, which fill us with pride, even more so for having been reached in the midst of a pandemic.

In 2020, we have achieved very important goals for both our italy whatsapp lead team of professionals and our clients. Internally, we have provided our professionals with all the necessary protective equipment in record time to continue our work facing the public with the greatest guarantees. We have transferred all Telemarketing staff and internal departments to teleworking in less than 10 days . We have taken advantage of the opportunity to reinforce our professional training with more than 280,000 hours of training for our teams.

Finally, thinking about how to help our clients more efficiently, we have designed new digital services based on technological innovation as a complement to our physical strengths; we have expanded our geographic coverage thanks to the opening of additional countries such as Ecuador, Honduras, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Panama or Nicaragua, and we have strengthened our presence in sectors as relevant to the economy as Food, Energy, Technology, Communications and Banking.

The start of the vaccination campaign makes us approach 2021 with renewed hope, with the desire to resume contact with our loved ones without fear, but also with a lesson that we must not forget: our vulnerability as individuals has made us understand that, today more than ever, collective efforts, solidarity with the less fortunate and high-mindedness are required.

At Salesland, we will continue to apply our greatest collective effort and know-how to contribute our grain of sand to the social and economic recovery that is so necessary. All of this with the passion, commitment and responsibility that have always characterized us.
