To perform a guided search in a Recruiter or Recruiter Lite project you need to:

Sign in to Recruiter or Recruiter Lite

Click on the project title: all results appear in the Talent Pool tab of your project.
Ideal Candidate Search: Ideal candidate search is useful when you want to use a candidate's background and specific skills as search criteria. Recruiter and Recruiter Lite will suggest the best LinkedIn profiles that share the same skills as your ideal candidate. To perform an ideal candidate search, you need to:
Sign in to Recruiter or Recruiter Lite
Click on the global search bar and select Create a search from the thailand business email list ideal candidate from the drop-down menu.
Enter the name of the candidate or candidates in the search bar of the scrolling window.
Select the name or names of the ideal candidate or candidates you wish to search for from the drop-down menu, but if the name does not appear in the typeahead, you will also need to add your company name and then click Search.
Search Filters and Boolean Operators: You can use Boolean modifiers to further refine your results and help you find candidates who match your company's criteria. You can set Boolean modifiers to refine your search results:
NOT: Type the word NOT (in capital letters) immediately before the search term to exclude it from the search results. This is necessary to narrow the search results. OR: Type the word OR (in capital letters) to display results that include one or more items from a list, which is necessary to broaden the search results.
AND: Type the word AND (in capital letters) to display results that include all items in a list, which is necessary to narrow your search results. Parentheses: Parentheses
